Welcome to Lilo's in The Keys!
This immaculate getaway has been a beloved destination for years, offering a serene waterfront escape that you'll adore. At Lilo's, you'll find a private saltwater pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a spacious tiki patio, complete with fans to keep you cool on warm days. Nestled in Key Colony Beach, adjacent to Marathon, FL, this slice of paradise stole our hearts, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.
The bright, custom-designed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, including a full oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you could want. There’s even a set of pool-safe wine glasses! Whether you’re cooking up your catch of the day or grilling outside, this kitchen is ready. A cozy counter with three bar-height chairs sits just off the kitchen, perfect for casual dining.
The living area invites you to relax on the comfortable couch while enjoying a show on the TV or taking in the stunning view of the patio, pool, and canal just outside.
The first bedroom, located off the kitchen, features a cozy queen bed, bedside tables, a dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and a wardrobe for your convenience.
The second bedroom, situated off the living area, offers a luxurious queen Sealy Posturepedic bed, bedside tables, a ceiling fan, closet, and TV, with a window that frames the picturesque tropical landscaping, pool, and canal.
The spacious, fully renovated bathroom is bright and modern, equipped with a shower, bathtub, and a convenient washer & dryer combo.
Step outside to your personal paradise, where the tiki patio awaits with a table, chairs, and grill. Cool off in the refreshing pool, complete with built-in seating via three in-water stools—a perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset over the canal.
The property also features a composite dock with space for up to a 24' boat. The dock includes a fish cleaning table, two cleats, a boarding ladder for low tide, and posts for your fenders. The canal is wide and deep, offering easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. If you don’t have a boat, feel free to use our kayaks or rent a boat from the nearby marina for your adventures.

Visitors and locals meet at Sunset Park every night during season for some singing and wine tasting as the sun sets on The Florida Keys.
The views are breathtaking any time of day!

There is a 9-hole, par-3 public golf course, tennis courts and a playground just down the street!
Restaurants
Just a couple minutes' walk (at most) will bring you to Havana Jacks Tiki Restaurant & Bar.
Sparky's Landing is also a great dining option right here on the island and in walking/biking distance.

Kayaking
Take our kayaks out on the beautiful canal and look for dolphins, manitees and jellyfish! Brink a fishing pole and try catching dinner! We are just moments from the Atlantic Ocean & the Gulf!
Snorkeling & Scuba Diving
The Middle Keys are one of the world's most versatile and breathtaking Snorkeling & Scuba Diving destinations.
Visit "A Deep Blue Dive" just 1.2 miles from Lilo's!
They offer not only snorkeling & scuba diving but also lobster hunting, spearfishing, sunset cruises, jet ski's, kayaks and paddleboards.
Visit "Spirit Snorkeling of Marathon"
just 6.9 miles from Lilo's.
Here you can find wonderful snorkeling and private island excursions!
Sombrero Reef
Sombrero Reef is the third largest barrier reef in the world and this beautiful 30 acre coral reef ranges from 2–30 feet deep with thousands of tropical fish. The Sombrero Lighthouse was built before the Civil War and today still helps mariners navigate the Keys. Coral Reefs are among the most biologically diverse ecosystems on earth. They are second only to the tropical rain forests in the number of species they harbor, and indeed are sometimes called “The Rain Forests of the Sea”. You haven’t really seen the Keys until you’ve seen the underwater areas.
Boat Rental
Visit "Captain Pip's Marina & Hideaway" just 6.9 miles from Lilo's.
There are many activities offered here, but this is the best place to rent a boat!
They offer 18- to 26-foot powerboats for a day, multi-days, or a week for you to enjoy the freedom of fishing, diving or sightseeing at your own pace.
You can navigate your boat right to Lilo's and dock it out back to hop on any time you want!
Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters
Voted the best place to take the kids 5 years in a row!
It's not only fun, but also educational. This is a learning & conservation center in the marine park's home of Marathon in the Florida Keys. Your family will be able to feed and touch a variety of sea creatures. This is a must see!!
Fishing Charters
Fishing charters are right here in town! There are 160 fishing charters in the area!
One suggestion is to reach out to Jimmy at "High Caliber"! We have yet to do a charter with them, but they come highly recommended!

Parasailing
Parasailing is sure to give you the most breathtaking sights you can only have flying at 500 feet above the water surface. You will have a unique opportunity to take in sights of dolphins, sea turtles and more as you hover over and enjoy the splendor of the sea.

Sunset Park & Beach
Beautiful beach and clear waters within a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk.
Sunset Park Beach is a scenic sandy strand, with live music and a communal vibe. Locals and visitors often gather together on the beach at sunset and perform a song about the Florida Keys. The park is a popular spot for weddings and other social events.
Stay to watch the sun disappear beyond the horizon and marvel as the sky turns dark red.
Restaurants
A 30 second walk out of Lilo's front door will get you to our favorite restaurant in Key Colony Beach, the tiki covered "Havana Jack's Oceanside Restaurant and Bar"!
The food is wonderful and the sunsets are amazing! They have dine-in and out on the huge patio. The only drawback is that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Glunz Resort & Beach
Included with your stay at Lilo's, you will have 4 passes to enjoy the Glunz Resort and all that they have to offer.
The waterfront gym is available to you during lobby hours, so you don't miss out on your regular workouts.
You will have access to pristine soft sand and fun in the ocean, as well as the enjoyment of their two waterfront pools and spa. Pool floats and beach toys are also available! Later on, relax by one of their fire pits and grab a bit to eat at Havana Jacks while you watch the sunset. Enjoy you time in paradise!!
